    Step 2. Receive a Confirmation Email \n<\/h6>\r\n

    You will receive a confirmation email right after submitting the form. It includes a secure link to upload your insurance card, prescription, and any other required documents.     Our team will verify your insurance once your documents are received. Some insurances require pre-authorization before your scan can be scheduled, which can take up to 7 to 10 business days.
