We offer MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray, and DEXA bone density and body composition services. Our website provides information about our services, allows you to book appointments, and gives you access to resources about diagnostic imaging.

New Jersey law requires a prescription or order from a licensed physician for all diagnostic imaging services we provide, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray, and DEXA. You are responsible for obtaining a valid prescription from a licensed physician before your scheduled appointment.
We accept prescriptions from any licensed prescriber, including primary care doctors, urgent care providers, specialists, chiropractors, physical therapists, and nurse practitioners with prescribing authority. You are not required to use a specific referral network.
If you arrive for an appointment without a valid prescription, we will be unable to provide your scan.
When you submit a booking request through our website, you are requesting an appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until our team verifies your insurance (if applicable), confirms your prescription, and contacts you with a scheduled date and time.
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient. To cancel or reschedule, call us at (551) 353-9911 or reply to your confirmation email.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments. Our team will work with you to reschedule whenever possible.
Walk-ins are welcome during our regular hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We do our best to accommodate walk-in patients with a valid prescription, but scheduled appointments take priority.
We verify your insurance coverage before your appointment and confirm your expected out-of-pocket cost. While we make every effort to provide accurate verification, the final amount owed depends on your specific insurance plan, deductibles, and applicable benefits at the time the claim is processed.
You are responsible for paying any co-pay, coinsurance, or deductible amounts required by your insurance plan, as well as any charges your insurance does not cover. Payment is typically collected at the time of service.
Self-pay quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of request. The final price may vary if clinical circumstances change (for example, if contrast dye is required and was not included in the original quote). We always disclose any such changes in advance.
Uninsured and self-pay patients have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges under the federal No Surprises Act. See our Good Faith Estimate Notice for more information.
